DINNER CANCELLATION POLICY

Thank you for considering Stevenswood for your evening dining. We will do all we can to insure that you have a wonderful experience.

FOR GROUPS OF 6 OR MORE a credit card is required in advance to confirm your reservation. There is a 48 hour cancellation policy and a charge of $25 per person for no shows.

FOR GROUPS OF 14 OR MORE a preset menu and a signed contract is required. Menus include a choice of 2 entrees. Vegetarian and special dietary needs are easily accommodated upon request with 24 hours advance notice.

CREDIT CARD COLLECTION
When you book a party of 6 or more with us at Stevenswood, a credit card number and expiration date will be requested. All of the above cards are accepted for large party bookings and as a guarantee for all charges incurred. UPON THE CONCLUSION OF your meal or event you may choose to pay by cash or a credit card different from that provided for purposes of confirmation. Corporate checks are accepted only with pre approval.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR GROUPS OF 20 OR MORE, cancellation deadlines will be as set as forth in the Group Dining Contract.

LAST MINUTE ADDITIONS: Stevenswood cannot guarantee that it can accommodate extra guests in addition to those already reserved. Please be sure to confirm availability with the restaurant before extending additional invitations. Conversely, if you dinner plans change, or if the number of people in your party decreases, please be kind enough to inform us as soon as possible to minimize the economic impact to our restaurant.

FINAL BILL: All charges for groups of 6 or more will be placed on a single bill with an automatic 20% service charge added. If you wish to split the bill amongst various parties, we can divide the total bill for up to 20 people, include an automatic 20% service fee and tax and charge equal portions to various credit cards. We prefer not to provide individual checks of different amounts to different diners nor will are we able to provide multiple checks for groups of 20 or more without prearrangement.

CORKAGE: For groups of less than 14 there is a $20 per bottle corkage fee. For groups of 14 or more per bottle corkage fee will be covered inour written agreement.

CONSENT: By booking your reservation with Stevenswood for dinner you agree to be bound to the terms and conditions of sale contained herein. You further agree that any charges posted to the credit card furnished by you, to us, will be paid according to your credit card companies' terms and conditions. If you are charged for a "no show" dinner reservation, you agree not to initiate a dispute with your credit card company for any charges posted to your account in accordance with our terms and conditions of sale. If you initiate a dispute with your credit card company, you agree to reimburse Stevenswood for any expenses involved in the documentation, support, defense or correspondence, and any legal fees associated with our retention and/or collection of the fees due under these terms and conditions.

ALCHOHOL: Alchoholic drinks are ONLY served to those persons with proof positive identification of their age being 21 years or older. All guests are subject to request for verification, and Stevenswood reserves the right to refuse service to any guest for any reason. Stevenswood may elect not to serve a guest alchohol for any reason, including, but not limited to an appearance of intoxication, a worry concerning possible negative health ramifications with use of alchohol, or belief that the guest may be under 21 years of age, or contributing to the use of alchohol by a minor.  Stevenswood will not be held liable for any reason due to a guest's consumption, or Stevenswood refusal to serve, alchohol.
